Kentucky man accused of raping child

ROBERTSON COUNTY, Ky. (FOX 56) – A Kentucky man is facing multiple child abuse charges after being arrested Tuesday.

Somerset man charged for second time in six months in connection with 1997 sex abuse investigation

According to court documents, Tyler Sparrow, 32, was arrested Tuesday on a warrant out of Robertson County.

Sparrow was booked into the Bourbon County Detention Center and charged with:

• First-degree rape of a victim under the age of 12

• Incest with a person under the age of 12

• First-degree sodomy of a victim under 12 years of age

• First-degree sexual abuse of a victim under the age of twelve

Sparrow is scheduled to appear in court on December 23. His bond was set at $500,000.
