Allied announces November 2024 distribution

TORONTO, Nov. 15, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Allied Properties REIT (“Allied”) (TSX:AP.UN) today announced that the Trustees of Allied have announced a distribution of $0.15 per unit for the month of November 2024, which amounts to $1.80 per unit annually. The distribution will be payable on December 16, 2024 to unitholders registered on November 29, 2024.
