As a Nigerian-Korean song, My Sunshine is receiving both international acclaim and local backlash after its release in October.

The film is Kemi Ikuseedun aka Kemz Mama’s first, ‘Mummy Wa’ moves into feature-length film content as a producer.

She says she likes drama because she enjoys it being a beta way for her to join the scene as a filmmaker.

We are inspired by two of the most popular drama series including actor Lee Min Ho, we are Boys Over Flowers and Heirs.

She arranges for Abdulrasheed Bello, aka JJC Skillz, to follow real actors of Korean descent as well as Korean interpreters who can teach some of the cast members to speak Korean.

Fellow cast member for the film, Akinsola Esther, who calls her character, Yewande reveals that the production takes two weeks before shooting begins to teach the cast members that they are not qualified to speak Korean.

She says, “As for speaking Korean, the best they can do is teach us. Two weeks before then we learn that I am small-small. If they see something saying, too long, they don’t want us to speak, then they are cut for most of us.

“Dose wey sabi am normally like Grace, and Adora and Neka dem all, but we will say that when we take the Yoruba dey comot out of our mouths, they tell us to say mello.”

But the backlash against the people still says that it is not like that when we get a plot and the Korean is not like the movie.

So far Kemi says back: Koreans always get accent like Nigerian dem and it will be hard to sound like Koreans.

She also shoots back the pipo which gives me grief about the tori, says they are hard to squeeze, normally it’s about 20 hours of content to an hour long.

Di feem bin also gets popular cast members like. from Chinedu Ikedieze, and Debo Adedayo aka Mr Macaroni to Juliana Olayode aka Toyo Baby.

Mrs. Ikuseedun said, “After my mentor helped me with JJC Skillz and I helped me with Mr. Chinedu because where I want to go, I don’t get money.

“Toyo baby! Ah, she is very wonderful and supportive, she is very eager to even speak the language. What if she wants to learn more looks!’
