(Society) Yonsei University calls for preliminary citation of ‘suspension of the effectiveness of common arguments’

Yonsei University has filed an appeal after the court filed a request for an order to suspend the validity of the essay test submitted by some candidates over the suspicion of “leaky essay questions.”

Yonsei University filed an appeal yesterday (15th) with the Seoul Western District Court, which decided to partially lift the preliminary injunction.

Yonsei University has also applied for an expedited date, but the date for this case has not yet been set.

Previously, the court decided to stop the subsequent process of the essay exam prior to the class action ruling, because the fairness of the procedure is important because the results of the essay exam determine whether you pass or not.

Thirty-four people, including Yonsei University’s natural essay test takers, filed a request to suspend the test’s validity, along with a lawsuit demanding a new test after the questionnaire was pre-distributed at one of the testing sites.
