The Washington Post reported that a copy of a memo they obtained, written by a friend of the unidentified accuser, was sent to Trump’s transition team and “claimed he had the then 30-year-old conservative group staffer in his room raped after drinking in a bar.” hotel bar.”

The woman then went to the emergency room, where she was given a rape kit test that was “positive for semen,” the memo said. The woman gave provincial authorities an explanation about what happened, according to the memo sent to the transition team.
