Man Utd are set to stop Aston Villa from signing talented full-back despite eyeing a world-class replacement

And while he didn’t favor a full-back system with Amorim, it seems Amass could be a crucial asset.

However, that move is not something United have any interest in Football insider.

The report states that they are expected to prevent Amass from leaving the club due to interest from Villa, with the Red Devils unwilling to move one of their best academy players to another Premier League club see go.

It is believed that United see Amass as a player with huge potential, and therefore they should be paid a huge amount of money to consider letting him go.

Amass has made progress from his years at Man Utd since joining the youth academy.

Last season he originally played for the U18s, starting at the age of 16, and this season he has progressed to U21 level despite being only 17.

The fact that he is combining it with players up to four years older than him is promising in terms of symbolizing the speed of his development, while he has also played against seniors such as Barnsley, Doncaster Rovers and Huddersfield Town in the EFL Trophy for the Man. Utd U21s.

It may not be long before he warrants a call-up to the first team, especially given Man Utd’s problems with injuries at his position.

In April, he was even appointed to the bench by Ten Hag for the first time, without coming on, but it was another important milestone for his development and progress.

A similar thing happened when he was at Watford, where he made the bench at the age of 15 but remained an unused sub. However, there is clearly a belief that he can aim for higher senior call-ups, after which he will hope to hold his own at the top level.
