Easy Trip Planners announces November 28 as the registration date for bonus issues

Easy Trip Planners Ltd. has stated that Thursday, November 28, 2024 will be the record date for determining whether shareholders are eligible to receive 1:1 bonus shares.

In a filing with the stock exchanges, the company said that shareholders have approved the issuance of bonus shares.

This relates to our previous communication dated October 14, 2024 and November 15, 2024, in which we informed about the recommendation of the Board of Directors and the subsequent approval of the shareholders for the issuance of bonus shares in the ratio of 1:1. declared.

Earlier in October, Easy Trip Planners announced a 1:1 bonus issue. This means that the company will issue one free share for every share held by shareholders on the record date.

According to BSE data, this will be the company’s third issue of bonus shares to shareholders.

It had previously granted bonus shares at a ratio of 3:1, which equates to three free shares for every share held in November 2022. Easy Trip Planners also issued bonus shares at a 1:1 ratio in March 2022.

The promoters of Easy Trip Planners currently own 64.30% of the company, as of the end of June.

At around 2:56 PM, Easy Trip Planners was trading flat at ₹30.08 against its previous closing price of ₹30.10 on NSE.
