‘Bizarre’ – NCT tester shocked when they find a strange creature hiding under the car

An NCT tester was recently stunned to discover an animal in the underside of a vehicle submitted for inspection.

The official NCT Ireland Facebook page shared a video of the bizarre incident, describing it as ‘extremely unexpected’.

When the tester pulled the vehicle into the driveway, he saw an email staring home from the bottom of the car. It turned out to be an otter that had crawled up there to get some heat from the engine.

The message read: “Our NCT testers were startled by a mischievous otter chilling in the underside of a customer’s vehicle! Don’t worry, he’s home safe and the vehicle’s headlights failed. The otter didn’t return for the new test.”

NCT testers also recently issued a warning to other drivers after turning away a car from a center and recently refusing to test it.

The NCT’s official social media channels posted details of the incident where a tester at a center somewhere in Ireland refused to even carry out the standardized test on a car.

The underside of the vehicle was covered in mud and dirt and the incident has reminded others.

The message from the NCT read: “Even with glasses you can’t miss a dirty underbody! NCT testers play a vital role in keeping our roads safe. Don’t let a dirty car get in the way of your NCT. This vehicle owner became asked to clean the underside of the vehicle and then return to have it tested.”
