Five dead after bus collides with car in Hardoi in Uttar Pradesh, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath leads medical response

Five people were killed and four injured in a road accident in Hardoi in Uttar Pradesh. The collision took place between a Bolero car and a bus on the Katra-Bilhaur highway.

The incident took place when the people in the Bolero were returning from a wedding ceremony.

The injured were taken to a nearby hospital where they are currently receiving treatment.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath took note of the incident and directed officials to provide immediate medical assistance to the injured.

The district authorities have been directed to reach the site without delay.

On Saturday, three people died after their car, guided by Google Mapsdrove onto an unfinished bridge and plunged into a river in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, police said.

Residents discovered the car the next morning and found the three men inside. They alerted the police, who collected the bodies and sent them for post-mortem examination.
