A young Ghanaian has taken to social media to express her frustration and disappointment over her inability to continue her education after completing secondary school secondary school (SHS).

The young lady identified as Abena Blaq said all her SHS friends are currently studying in college while she stays at home due to financial constraints.

In one TikTok post, the lady revealed that she now sells gobɛ (gari and beans), a popular product Ghanaian street food often served with red oil, eggs and sometimes avocado, to earn a living.

“All my SHS friends in college but I’m a gobɛ salesman now. I pray that whatever I pray for becomes successful,” she wrote in the caption.
