Huntsville man charged with aggravated assault and domestic violence

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WAF) – A Huntsville man has been arrested, accused of shooting another man during a fight two months ago.

Huntsville police say it happened in September near Derrick Street and Hall Avenue.

Martavious Williams, the accused shooter, is charged with aggravated assault and domestic violence.

An arrest warrant was issued for him at the end of September. He was arrested on that warrant and booked into jail early Wednesday morning.
