Judges must be ready to face growing trend in climate-related litigation, legal scholar tells colleagues

As the number of climate change-related lawsuits rises, judges across the country should learn about the science behind global warming to facilitate effective decision-making, a state Supreme Court justice and d other members of the legal community on May 3.
