Essentra plc executes share buyback and cancellation

Essentra plc (EN:ESNT) posted an update.

Essentra plc recently repurchased 11,500 of its ordinary shares at a price of 182.8 pence per share, as part of an ongoing buyback program launched in March 2023. The company plans to cancel these shares, which will reduce by then the total number of voting rights. and outstanding shares. This decision is part of Essentra’s strategy to effectively manage its share capital.
