Wickes Group executes share buyback and cancellation

Wickes Group Plc (EN:WIX) posted an update.

Wickes Group Plc announced the repurchase of 177,933 of its ordinary shares at prices between 141.0 and 141.6 pence per share, with the intention of canceling these shares. The total number of shares acquired under the repurchase program reached 13,297,805, with the issued share capital of the company after cancellation amounting to 246,340,193 shares. This action will affect the total number of voting rights shareholders have for future calculations regarding their interest in the company.
