Pat McAfee shocked that Jimmy Graham was ‘just relaxed’ in pilot’s cabin after learning why NFL star didn’t answer his call

“We obviously tried to confront Jimmy Graham in the last hour to discuss what he was doing in Ohio,” McAfee said.

“He was at the Derby, he flew out there. And then he gets in a boat and he’ll be traveling across the Arctic Ocean soon.”

After updating fans on recent events with Graham, McAfee revealed that the former NFL star was in the sky while they were calling.

“Well, he obviously couldn’t answer the phone because he flies a fucking plane,” McAfee said.

Graham sent a photo to the show, revealing himself in the cockpit of a plane.

In the photo, Graham had his feet raised with a book on his lap as the plane soared into the sky.

Graham tweeted a response to McAfee, presumably after he landed, apologizing for missing the show.

“My bad boys. I’m ready to discuss the Arctic Challenge at any time,” he said.

“It’s going to be intense, that’s for sure.”

Graham announced in February that he would take part in the Arctic Challenge, which would involve traveling 1,000 kilometers non-stop across the Arctic Ocean.

“The impact of The Arctic Challenge goes far beyond the four athletes and the Arctic Ocean,” Graham wrote on X at the time.

“With a mission to inspire young minds, the team aims to challenge the next generation to overcome their limiting beliefs and forge their own path.”

Starting in Tromso, Norway, and ending in Longyearbyen, Norway, the trip is expected to last 10 to 21 days.

Graham will be joined by former US Navy Seal Andrew Tropp, 2021 USRowing Coastal Female Athlete of the Year Hannah Huppi and 2021 rowing bronze medalist John Huppi.

Graham shared on Cameron Jordan’s podcast in January that he was looking forward to getting away from football and trying this new experience.

Pat McAfee’s Playing Days

PAT McAfee had a hugely successful career before embarking on a career in media.

The talk show star played the role of punter in the NFL for eight seasons, from 2009 to 2016.

He was selected in the seventh round of the 2009 NFL Draft out of West Virginia and spent his entire career with the Indianapolis Colts.

The former punter was named to the Pro Bowl in 2014 and 2016, and he was also a first-team All-Pro in 2014.

“It really gives me something to look forward to and something that allows me, athletically, to push myself in a new direction,” he said.

“And I don’t have to take any more beatings. I can just sit there and get to work.”

NFL fans couldn’t believe Graham’s crazy lifestyle and shared their reactions on X.

“I’ve never seen anyone live like Jimmy G,” one fan said.

“Just wild,” said another fan.

“Jimmy, you do the coolest shit. Good for you man!” » said a third fan.
