Ducks filmed crossing Mesa street

A Valley couple was walking through their Mesa neighborhood when they filmed the family of waterfowl.

MESA, Ariz. — It was a sight that had valley residents saying quack, quack, quack — a mother duck with her ducklings out for a walk Tuesday morning.

12News Sports executive producer Jason Brooksby and his wife Camilla were walking through their east Mesa neighborhood when they filmed the family of waterfowl.

The couple watched as the mother led her eight ducklings from the sidewalk to the crosswalk as they waddled across the street.

The ducklings stood close to their mother as they walked.
