An anti-woke American podcaster has lashed out at Australia, claiming it is “the weakest, most woke, most stupid country on the planet”.

Right-wing political activist Matt Walsh says his views on Australia and its people have changed for the worse in recent years.

His comments come after watching Alone Australia, which he described as “unintentionally the funniest thing on TV at the moment”.

“I have to say it, and I’m sure there are great people in Australia, but my opinion of Australians has just plummeted,” he said.

During the pandemic, Mr Walsh has been extremely critical of Covid lockdowns and vaccination mandates, which have been introduced across Australia.

“Before Covid, I thought Australia was mostly a living hell, where poisonous spiders rained from the sky. That part is true,” he said.

“But then I thought, because of that, everyone who lives there must be the toughest sons of bitches on the planet.”

“I really thought that. I thought it was all Steve Irwins country.

The controversial podcaster said that “since Covid, and now ending with (Alone Australia), I’ve been thinking about how Australia is the weakest, most woke, crappiest country on the planet.

‘How is it possible? And if you have these few survival skills, how do you live in this country to begin with?

“I don’t understand. It’s incredible,” he said.

US anti-woke podcaster Matt Walsh (pictured) has lashed out at Australians in furious anger, saying they have ‘little survival skills’ and Australia is the ‘weakest’ country in the world .

Alone Australia is a survival competition series based on the hit American version.

“Ten Australians are dropped off alone in remote, wilderness areas where they must face the forces of nature, hunger and loneliness,” SBS promotion for the show said.

Walsh wrote that he and his wife enjoy watching the American version of Alone, which “features courageous and capable survivors.”

“We just found out there was an Australian version and started watching it. Unintentionally, it’s the funniest thing on TV right now. It’s essentially ‘Alone: DEI Edition.’

“DEI” is an acronym for “diversity, equity and inclusion.”

Walsh wrote that Alone Australia ticks all the diversity boxes by including two lesbians and two indigenous people.

“Ten candidates. Two are lesbians. Two of them claim to be indigenous. One of the lesbians gave up after one night.

“One of the native guys made a big show about being in touch with nature etc., then cried and gave up after one night. »

The conservative commentator then wrote about how a “Gen Z environmentalist” requested a medevac after testing positive for Covid-19.

“Another native tried to eat a poisonous centipede,” he said.

“The American version features courageous and capable survivors.

“The Australian version was more concerned with ticking the diversity boxes, so the contestants are totally clueless, incompetent and crying throughout the whole thing,” Walsh wrote.

He said Alone Australia was “very funny stuff”. And a great cautionary tale. Highly recommend.

“They apparently sent the candidates out into the wild with Covid tests. And they start each episode with a territorial reconnaissance.

“Plus, they have a bunch of woke environmental regulations that prohibit them from hunting just about any game.” Like I said, it’s hilarious.

Walsh’s new video has already received several hundred comments, with one poster talking about their own experiences of the series.

“Being a survival enthusiast, I began the application process for this show, but as soon as I realized they were promoting DEI to the contestants, I didn’t continue.

“There were more questions about sexuality and gender identity than outdoor skills.”

Another wrote that Crocodile Dundee actor, “Paul Hogan, has seriously given millions of Americans the wrong impression of Australians.”

“The vast majority of them have nothing like that. Renowned wilderness connoisseurs like Steve Irwin are about as common as they get here in the United States.

“However, what stood out during my visit to Australia in 2009 and 2013 was their sense of humor and affinity for alcohol.

“But that was before they were infected by Wokism,” they wrote.
