Margot Robbie takes Barbiecore to 2024.

Robbie graced her first red carpet of the 2024 awards season at the Golden Globes on Sunday in a truly classic Barbie-themed ensemble, and it might be her best look yet.

The hot pink Armani dress features huge (really huge) tulle sleeves and a sparkly figure-hugging bodice. Robbie said Variety that she played 1977 Superstar Barbie, a fitting tribute for an awards show where she’s up for one of the major prizes. We’re just going to say it: Out of all of Robbie’s Barbie-inspired red carpet looks, we think this one might just be the best of them all.

barbie wasn’t just a cultural reset. The film is sure to reap awards this season, and the Globes are its first chance to take home some hardware.

Robbie is nominated for Best Performance by an Actress in a Motion Picture (Musical or Comedy) for her lead role in the film, which won nine awards in total. His costar, Ryan Gosling, who plays Ken, is also nominated, as is his viral song from the film “I’m Just Ken.”

Robbie’s appearance at the Globes is just the latest in her iconic Barbie-inspired red carpet looks, which she and her stylist, Andrew Mukamal, have been gracing us with all summer. And even though her Golden Globes looks are on another level, honestly, they were all great. Like who could forget that stunning pink Versace from June?

With barbie generating buzz at the Oscars, it’s safe to say this won’t be the last time Margot Robbie plays the iconic doll on the red carpet this year.
