Fresh Floral Arrangement Shop Opens in Grove City

GROVE CITY, Ohio (WCMH) – A store offering freshly grown flowers, garden decorations and more is holding its grand opening this Mother’s Day weekend.

Butterfly Boutique, located at 4030 Broadway in Grove City, opens its doors Saturday with its grand opening and ribbon cutting at 12:30 p.m. to celebrate the new store. The boutique opened in April and features a wide selection of flowers.

Owner Katie Fleming said she always dreamed of having a job with flowers and being surrounded by all the things she loves.

“This store is just a reflection of what I think a home should look like,” she said. “When people walk through my store, I want them to feel like we’re not just a retail store, but an experience.”

Not only can customers purchase flowers, but the store also sells local items from other women-owned businesses. This includes honey, cards, shirts and artwork. The store offers classes to help people create their own flower bouquets, as well as on-site and off-site events for everyone to interact, including tea parties and floral arrangements.

The store also offers pre-assembled bouquets, as well as centerpieces and floral arrangements for any occasion. For the special opening, the store will offer a selection of teas to customers as well as DIY fairy garden kits.

The store joins a list of other new businesses in the Grove City area, including PetSuites Grove City, Red Wing Shoes and DadBod Fitness.
