Khloé Kardashian actually admits that her doctor offered to take her son Tatum after he was born so she could spend the last planned weekend with her daughter, it’s true!

Khloe Kardashian said these words out loud for everyone to hear…!!!

In a new interview on the She MD podcast, the reality TV star spoke about the birth of her son Tatum months later Tristan Thompsonthe paternity scandal. And it seems like she wasn’t at all prepared for her baby boy to come into the world back then – at all! Khloé explained that she had planned one last weekend at a hotel with her daughter That’s right Thompson. You know, to have one last one-on-one mother-daughter bonding time before Tatum’s birth in a few weeks. But the plans were dashed when she received a call from her obstetrician, Dr Thais Aliabadi, saying it was time. THE Good American the founder said:

“I remember Dr. A. called and told me she had just had a checkup with my surrogate, and she said, ‘Khloé, we’re due within 24 hours.’ The baby wasn’t due for another week or two and it was my last weekend with my daughter, True. I just needed the weekend. We were just going to spend a weekend at the hotel.

Rather than accept the situation as it was, Khloé revealed that she pushed back her new due date…in order to spend a weekend with True. Khloé recalled:

“And so I say, ‘No, we can’t do that.’ And (Dr. A) said, “No, there’s no fluid in the bag.” We need to. And I say, “I’m having a weekend.” I’m spending a weekend with True.’

And you won’t believe what his doctor suggested next! According to Khloé, Aliabadi offered to take her son after he was born until she was “ready to pick him up.” WHAT!? She says:

“And she says… it’s Mother Teresa, she says ‘OK’ because I started crying hysterically because it wasn’t even about the weekend, it was about now, it’s real. She said, “You know what? I’m going to give birth. I’ll take the baby and you let me know when you’re ready to pick him up. And I was like, “What? I’m like, “Who does this?” Who even suggests this? And she did.

We understand that a final weekend to bond with your oldest child can be important before welcoming a new child into the home. But my daughter! Go now !

Fortunately, the keeping up with the Kardashians one former student eventually came out of it and realized she needed to calm down and be with her son the day he was born:

“And I remember I was like, ‘Khloé, let it go.’ That’s life. We have to do this.

Well yes. SO Kim Kardashian, being her “prince on a white horse,” drove Khloé to the hospital. We saw this moment unfold in an episode of The Kardashians, including when the 39-year-old TV personality met her little guy. Khloé remembers this time:

“If you ever watch the episode and you (Dr. A) put the baby on my chest, I have a mask on, you can see my eyes, they’re blank, and I’m just like, ‘How’s that going?’ event?'”

Khloé has been very candid about the difficulty of connecting with her son after his birth. Luckily, after a few bumps in the road and travel-induced panic, things seem better than ever. Watch the podcast episode (below):
