Ribbon Cutting for New Aquatic-Inspired Mural at JFK Marina in Yonkers

A dedication ceremony for a new aquatic-inspired mural at the JFK Marina in Yonkers took place Wednesday afternoon.

Mayor Mike Spano joined the city’s Parks, Recreation and Conservation Department, as well as the Westchester Mural Group, to unveil the new addition.

As the marina’s first public mural, Yonkers Arts described the work as a “mirror reflection of the beautiful river landscape.”

The mural is one of three murals unveiled as part of Yonkers Arts Weekend.
