GUELPH, Ontario, May 09, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Hammond Power Solutions Inc. (“HPS”) (TSX: HPS.A), a leading manufacturer of dry-type transformers, electrical grade products and related magnetic products , announced today in accordance with the requirements of the Toronto Stock Exchange, the voting results of its annual general meeting held on Thursday, May 9, 2024 in Guelph, Ontario.

Shareholders voted in favor of all matters brought before the meeting, including the appointment of KPMG LLP as external auditor and the election of all nominees for director as follows:
