Greenfield Recorder – Martha Jorz: Stop supporting UMass and Raytheon

For those protesting the war and genocide in Gaza, refusing to support these institutions with monetary donations is also an option. If we stop financially supporting and investing in the institutions that make the production of weapons of war possible, we can achieve a universal, global ceasefire and withdraw. I personally told UMass that they would not receive any more money from me until they ended their association with Raytheon. This means not only divestment, but also recruitment to the UMASS campus. I hope others will join them in denying financial support to institutions that promote world war. We must do everything possible to prevent the outbreak of a third world war.
