Washington offers 5-star Folsom quarterback again – Realdawg.com

331 days ago, Ryder Lyons received an offer from the Washington Huskies. Today he received another offer from UW.

On June 14, 2023, the UW quarterback from Folsom, California was on his 9th offer, now it’s his 25th offer. First it was Kalen DeBoer who approached him, then Jedd Fisch with an offer. Interestingly, Fisch did not propose the 2026 signal while he was in Arizona.

Last season, Lyon was named starter after the reclassification of Austin Mack who signed with Washington.

On the verge of leading the Bulldogs to the CIF Division 1 state championship, all the freshman starter did was complete 259 of 381 passes for 3,578 yards with 38 touchdowns. On the ground, he added 23 scores, carrying the ball 226 times for 929 yards.

He is listed as a 5-star composite QB by 247 Sports and is getting the offers one would expect from the number two quarterback in the 2026 class.
