RUTO Splits US Right Down the Middle Over His Canceled Speech to Joint US Congress as Leaders Fight Each Other – Watch!

Sunday May 12, 2024 – President William Ruto’s speech to the now-canceled Joint US Congress sparks backlash and divides America.

This comes after US Congressman Richard Neal of Massachusetts lambasted US House Speaker Mike Johnson for failing to recognize the importance of US-Nairobi diplomatic relations when he canceled the speech.

Neal recalls hosting former President Uhuru Kenyatta, saying their engagements were enriching and successful.

He advised Johnson to follow in his footsteps.

“I had the privilege of hosting former Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta, where we spoke about the great opportunities to strengthen relations between our two current economies, and since then, Kenya has only demonstrated its commitment to reaffirm our 60-year partnership.

“While the Biden administration has already risen to the occasion by hosting a state dinner, Congress must do the same,” Neal’s statement read in part.

Barbara Lee, another Democratic Party lawmaker, called the cancellation a disrespect to Ruto and the Kenyan people.

“Shameful. Rather than strengthening relations with our allies, the pro-Putin caucus is once again showing its true colors by denying a critical East African ally the opportunity to address Congress.

“The people of Kenya and President Ruto deserve much more respect,” she said.
