The Forester hotel reinvents the “chef’s table” with a new in-room culinary offer


Forester Hotel has announced the launch of the “Culinary Experience” room package, now available for booking. Located within Lake Forest, Executive Chef Christian Alejandro, the culinary mind behind the on-site restaurant, Oaken Bistro + Bar, will treat guests to a private meal prepared in their hotel suite. The menu, fully customizable based on each guest’s experience, will feature three chef-prepared and served dishes, accompanied by two signature cocktails hand-crafted by Oaken Bistro + Bar’s in-house mixology team.

Guests will be offered a Chef’s Choice welcome gift upon arrival before the action begins. Chef Alejandro will tailor each dish to guests’ preferences, offering cuisine inspired by the flavors of Latin America, Italy and Creole, working with guests to create a dining experience accompanied by two signature cocktails. After the evening, guests are treated to breakfast for two at Oaken Bistro + Bar and a late check-out at 2 p.m.
