Taylor Swift finally sets the record straight on these unfair comparisons between her and Beyoncé’s tours

As you know, Beyoncé and Taylor Swift played two of the biggest tours EVER this year.

Taylor’s Eras tour brought down Ticketmaster, set several records and sold out almost all of its shows. One report estimates that, overall, this could have generated a whopping $4.6 billion for the economy.

Meanwhile, Beyoncé Renaissance Tour reportedly earned $179 million in just one month and is now the highest-grossing tour by a black artist. His shows reportedly boosted the economy by $4.5 billion, much like what happened to Beijing when the Olympics were held there in 2008.

But instead of celebrating these extraordinary women and their achievements, many fans chose to compare them.

There were even articles about who was the best and who had the best show.

It only got worse when Beyoncé announced it Renaissance film, as people accused him of copying Taylor’s film Eras Tour.

But the ladies silenced the haters and “bad blood” rumors when they came out to support each other at each of their premieres.

Taylor also later wrote a tribute to Beyoncé after Beyoncé came out to support her film — and she continued to sing her praises in a new interview with Time.

Taylor told the magazine: “She is the most precious gem of a person – warm, open and funny. And she’s a big disruptor of music industry norms. She taught each artist how to turn things around and challenge archaic business practices.

As such, she seemed to find it very annoying when people compared them. “There were so many stadium tours this summer, but the only ones that were compared were me and Beyoncé,” Taylor noted. “It is clear that it is very lucrative for media and Stan culture to pit two women against each other, even when both artists in question refuse to participate in that discussion.”
