Kevin Spacey Slams #MeToo Movement, Calling It Unfair: Here’s Why

Kevin Spacey recently criticized the #MeToo movement, calling it “unfair” as he defended himself against the latest allegations of sexual misconduct.

Earlier this month, the American beauty the star was recently accused in a Channel 4 documentary Spacey unmasked.

In a new interview with the American network NewsNationKevin said: “I want to return to work after learning from my experiences.”

“I paid the price for my mistakes,” the actor told the show Chris Cuomo to show.

Kevin mentioned, “I listened. I learned. I got the memo. I’m not going to behave in a questionable manner in the future.”

The actor added: “I’ve spent the last seven years withdrawing into myself and having conversations with people who I thought I should make amends to.”

However, at one point, Kevin added, “I just want to get back to work.”

“I am very convinced that whatever mistakes I have made in my life, I have paid the price,” he remarked.

Kevin also noted, “The #MeToo movement had gone too far in the direction of injustice and I would work hard to ensure that the public did not cancel it.”

I want to prove that I am a man of great character,” he concluded.

For those who don’t know, Kevin was acquitted last year of a number of alleged sexual offenses by four men in the UK, allegedly taking place between 2001 and 2013.
