(KTLA) — Madonna has been hit with a new lawsuit over her Celebration tour.

On May 30, Justen Lipeles filed a class-action lawsuit in a Los Angeles court against the singer and it stems from her March 7 show at the Kia Forum in Inglewood.

Lipeles alleges negligent misrepresentation, intentional infliction of emotional distress, false advertising and breach of written contract.

According to court documents obtained by PEOPLE, the complaint alleges the singer subjected attendees “to pornography without warning,” including topless women simulating sex acts on stage.

Lipeles’ attorneys at Lipeles Law Group said he brought his 11-year-old sister to the show and was “shocked.”

“Imagine taking your 11-year-old daughter to a pop concert,” read the statement obtained by Entertainment Tonight. “In the middle of the concert, the women on stage take off their tops and are completely topless. They then begin to mime sexual situations, including cunnilingus and digital penetration, among other pornographic-type situations. This is without any warning to anyone who is offended by this type of content, especially those who bring children to the concert.

The lawsuit claims the singer and Live Nation “lulled” fans into buying “expensive tickets” to her Celebration Tour and “deliberately and deceptively” withheld information when it came to marketing the shows.

The plaintiff claimed that the “Material Girl” turned off the air conditioner and that Lipeless became ill from the heat.

“For many hours, everyone was forced to sit in what looked like a sauna,” the statement continued. “It was no coincidence, Madonna insisted on keeping the air conditioning off and when people in the crowd complained she said she didn’t turn the air conditioning on and if they didn’t like it no, they should take their clothes off People were physically uncomfortable and sweating like crazy In other words, people paid thousands of dollars to sit and suffer while watching live porn including. children, without warning.

He also claimed that Madonna did not sing her songs live and that they were lip-synced.

Like many other lawsuits against the singer, Lipeles cited Madonna’s delay. The show was supposed to start at 8:30 p.m. but she didn’t take the stage until 10 p.m.

Lipeles also named Forum Entertainment, Kia Forum, Acrisure Arena, the Golden 1 Center and Chase Center in the lawsuit.

Other California venues were named in the suit because the plaintiff claimed the singer was late to all of her concerts in the Golden State, according to ET.

The plaintiff’s attorneys said they were “in the process of slightly amending the complaint.”

There have been no responses regarding this new lawsuit, but in the past, the star’s legal team filed a motion to dismiss, claiming that “no reasonable viewer would expect that the head of poster takes the stage at the time of the event for which the ticket is intended.

In January, some fans in New York filed a lawsuit against Madonna because her show at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn started late.
