Trump announces $34.8 million fundraiser after guilty verdict

Donald Trump is profiting from his convictions in the first trial of a former or current president in the country’s history. The former president’s campaign announced Friday morning that it had raised $34.8 million in funds between 6 p.m. ET and midnight Thursday, immediately after Trump was found guilty of all 34 counts during his trial penal in New York.
