Sancho was loaned to Dortmund in the January transfer window after a public row with Ten Hag.

In September, Sancho was left out of United’s squad for their Premier League match against Arsenal.

Ten Hag then criticized the Englishman’s training performances before Sancho hit back with a statement of his own.

It was then reported that Sancho refused to apologize to the Dutchman, casting major doubt over his future at United.

Eventually, the winger was completely “exiled” from the club’s training facilities.

During the January transfer window, Sancho returned to Germany and has since managed three goals and three assists in 20 appearances in all competitions.

The 24-year-old played a part in Dortmund’s journey to the Champions League final after putting in an outstanding performance against Paris Saint-Germain.
