Disney fans shocked to find out where The Suite Life of Zack & Cody was actually filmed

Disney fans were stunned after discovering the filming location of one of their favorite childhood shows.

There’s nothing like the nostalgia of coming home from school, turning on the Disney Channel, and watching Zack and Cody getting into mischief at the Tipton Hotel in The Suite Life of Zack and Cody. Die-hard fans will fondly remember London Tipton’s unforgettable PRINDL episode or Mr. Mosby’s breathtaking dance routine.

The American sitcom, which followed the antics of a hotel-residing family and the Tipton staff, aired from 2005 to 2008 and was so popular that a follow-up series, The Suite Life on Deck, ran for three years from 2008, before The film Suite Life hit screens in 2011. And while true fans of the comedy may think they know the series by heart, many are stunned by their recent discovery of the actual filming location from the Serie.

Like many American sitcoms, the majority of the series was filmed in Los Angeles and the Hollywood Center Studios, as well as the Manhattan and Hollywood areas, although the series is set in Boston, Massachusetts.

But the exterior scenes of the fictional Tipton Hotel were actually filmed in Canada. At the start of each episode, viewers always saw images of a majestic hotel with a distinctive green roof – it is none other than the Fairmont Hotel in Vancouver.

Fans are completely losing it after Andrea Parkerson made a surprising discovery in Vancouver. On her TikTok page @andrea_parkerson, she posted a video clip featuring the exterior of the Fairmont Hotel and exclaimed: “Send this to all the Suite Life of Zack and Cody fans because I freaked out when I I saw that.”

The comments section exploded with reactions. One fan confessed: “Oh my god, I live in Vancouver and I never realized this! And I loved the show.” Another was equally surprised, commenting: “I’ve walked by this so many times and never thought it looked familiar.” »

A third wrote: “Wait, how did I never realize this. » Meanwhile, another resident shared his disbelief: “As someone who lives an hour from Vancouver. I’m sorry WHAT.”

One person remarked, “I always forget that a lot of Disney/Family Channel shows were filmed in Canada. This is insane. »

Another fan said: “I’m sorry I stayed at the Tipton and didn’t know?”
