Taylor Swift forced to strip as extreme weather causes wardrobe mistake on stage

Taylor Swift was forced to change her Eras Tour wardrobe after the biting Scottish winds proved too strong.

The 34-year-old singer has just finished a run of Eras concerts at Edinburgh’s Murrayfield Stadium, where the chilly Scottish weather was apparently a little too chilly for Taylor. On the first night, Tay let loose in the same outfit she’s been flaunting since her performances in Paris last month for her Department of Tortured Poets segment.

However, by the second and third nights, Swift added a new twist to her TTPD ensemble. Echoing the outfit she donned at the Grammys when she dropped the bombshell about her album release, Swift has now donned sleek black gloves to complete her look.

During the opening show, Taylor encountered a problem when his fingers seized up mid-performance. She interrupted the concert when her hand “frozen in a claw”, admitting that it was a first incident. As she strummed her guitar during the acoustic set, her hand seemed to freeze.

Before singing another song, Taylor exclaimed, “Oh my God! Hand cramp!” She then shook and waved her hand in the air, apologizing to the crowd: “I’m so sorry, everyone, this has never happened before, but my hand is frozen, I’m just going to warm it up .I’m so embarrassed. My hand feels like a claw!

It appears the gloves were introduced for the TTPD section of the show to allow Taylor to warm her hands before her acoustic set where she plays piano and guitar. Taylor has now finished her gigs in Edinburgh and will soon be traveling around the country. Later this week, Taylor will be in Liverpool to perform at Anfield Stadium for three nights (June 13, 14 and 15).
