YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul sent a message to Mike Tyson.

Jake Paul has spoken out amid rumors he will fight a former UFC star, sending a message directly to his upcoming opponent Mike Tyson.

Paul and Tyson were scheduled to face each other on July 20 at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, but a medical emergency pushed back the fight.

While on a flight from Miami to Los Angeles, former heavyweight champion Tyson suffered an ulcer flare-up that required medical treatment.

While it was initially thought it would not affect the fight, doctors recommended the 57-year-old reduce his training regime, leading to the fight being postponed until November 15.

And Paul responded to the new date, assuring his fans that it would not change the planned outcome.

Posting on X, he said: “I’M FIGHTING MIKE TYSON ON NETFLIX AND I WILL GET THE W.”

Hours before that, Paul announced an announcement coming on Wednesday, with a cryptic message on X: “9 a.m. tomorrow / Wednesday.”

The announcement is expected to confirm a fight with former UFC welterweight Mike Perry on July 20.

Perry left the UFC in October 2021, after his contract expired shortly after a unanimous decision loss to Daniel Rodriguez.

The 32-year-old has had 15 fights with the organization, winning seven.

He then signed a multi-fight contract with Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship, where he is undefeated in five fights, with victories over Eddie Alvarez, Luke Rockhold and Micheal Page.

Perry has become one of the biggest stars in the organization, which recently welcomed Conor McGregor as co-owner, and with his three previous victories by technical knockout, fans can expect an exciting fight next month.

“Platinum” is hoping to score his first professional boxing victory after losing his only professional boxing fight to Kenneth McNeil in March 2015.
