Agartala, June 14: The youth and students body of the Left Front – DYFI, SFI, TSU and TYF on Friday took part in a protest rally to protest against the government over the cancellation of the notification, issued earlier for the recruitment in Group-C and Group -D posts in the State Legislative Assembly.

DYFI state secretary Nabarun Deb, who led the rally here in Agartala on Friday evening, claimed that the BJP-led coalition government in Tripura had adopted a policy against the unemployed youth of the state, where recruitment notifications were canceled one after the other.

“As part of its drama, the government issued recruitment notifications but later these notifications were canceled by the government to pave way for others under its outsourcing policy,” a- he told journalists. .

He also said that apart from canceling the recruitment process in the Legislative Assembly, the government also issued another notification on Friday evening to cancel the recruitment of 6 assistant professors in TIT, who were supposed to be filled through the TPSC. .

“This government is simply doing injustice to the unemployed youth of this state as they are being deprived of employment opportunities, while youth from other states are being inducted into service under the rule of this BJP government. We condemn such acts of the government and urge the educated unemployed youth of the state to unite and dethrone this government from power,” he said.
