TV and radio presenter Roman, 31, and actor Martin, 62, appeared together on the Channel 4 reality show about people watching TV. One of the shows featured was Channel 5’s new documentary, The World’s Most Luxurious Retirement Homes, which visited luxury residence The Palace in Miami.

Roman told Martin, “I’m 100% putting you in a house.” » Martin looked shocked and asked, “What?!” » Roman told him, “You’re not doing anything for yourself now.” Martin replied: “That’s not true.”

Roman told Martin, “Dad, if mom goes, you’re in a house.”

Martin and his wife – 80s popstar Shirlie Holliman, 62 – have two children, daughter Harley, 34, and son Roman, 31. Roman and Martin have been on Celebrity Gogglebox since 2019.

Roman recently revealed that he pressured his father Martin to get his first tattoo. Roman revealed on The One Show that he always wanted his father to get a tattoo, and when he was just 10 years old, he managed to convince him to get one. He said: “My dad was unluckier. He didn’t have any tattoos and when I was about 10 he loved peer pressure and I pushed him to get his very first tattoo.

“You can imagine what a 10 year old boy wanted. It was for your dad to get a tattoo of a dagger, crossing a Ying Yang with wings on it. Look how horrible that is. He still has it. He has what a 10 year old boy would want. Sorry Dad.”

Johnny Vaughan joined Denise van Outen on her couch. The EastEnders star has been on the show since 2019, previously with ex-finance Eddie Boxshall and friend Blue star Duncan James.

His former Big Breakfast co-presenter joined him for the first time, but told him he wasn’t impressed with his house. Vaughn said: “I’ve been to your other places and I never thought we’d end up in a cabin in Essex.” Van Outen told him: “I keep it real, John.” Vaughn replied, “I know you’re being realistic, but I just thought you did better than that.”

Celebrity Gogglebox will next air on Friday June 21 on Channel 4.
