Fired police officer faces criminal charges over 'OnlyFans sketch'

A since-fired Nashville, Tennessee, police officer went viral after touching a woman’s breast during an “OnlyFans” skit that involved his participation in a fake traffic stop in a warehouse parking lot in late April while wore the uniform now faces charges, his former employer of three years has announced.

Sean Herman, 33, was jailed on two charges after his arrest at his home Thursday, according to Nashville Metropolitan Police. These charges allege that Herman committed official misconduct when, on April 26, he “participated in a simulated traffic stop in an OnlyFans skit during which he groped the female driver’s exposed breast,” identified as an OnlyFans model named Jordin who declared in the video “I’m not going to get a ticket (…) I’m going to show him my ts.”

Meanwhile, Herman played the role of “Officer Johnson” touching his pants, police concluded.

As the “I Can’t Believe He Didn’t Arrest Me” video made its way around the Internet, it began attracting national media attention in May, when NewsChannel investigative reporter 5, Levi Ismail, became aware of the video and began reviewing it.

Although the video in question did not show Herman’s face, the department’s patch on his uniform was visible and police began their own investigation, officers said.

As a result, Herman was quickly fired.

“Chief John Drake fired Herman, 33, on May 9, a day after Specialized Investigations Division detectives discovered the video and identified him as the person in the MNPD uniform seen in the video from the chest down,” the department said.

The “I Can’t Believe He Didn’t Arrest Me” video, Jordin explained in an interview with OutKick, was meant to be funny and help build her OnlyFans brand.

She said she had met Herman in the past, but a subsequent encounter on Reddit rekindled their contact.

“I met the officer a while ago in person for a few moments and one day he saw me on my Reddit and contacted me about possibly filming a full video at some point in the future,” Jordan said in the OutKick interview. “In the meantime, I had the idea of doing a ‘fake’ traffic stop where I would show him a ticket.”

Although Herman’s former employer obviously didn’t find it all that funny, Jordin also said that Herman was “a very respectful guy, very polite, and was not an officer that would have fit a profile in which many group it together.”
