Video: SCOTUS limits availability of injunctions in NLRB unfair labor practice cases |  Epstein Becker Green

Today we bring you a special current affairs episode on the recent decision of the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) in the case Starbucks vs. McKinney case, which effectively raises the standards for federal courts issuing injunctions under Section 10(j) of the National Labor Relations Act.

This decision is a major blow to the enforcement priorities of the National Labor Relations Board. In the video below, Epstein’s lawyer Becker Green Steve Swirski tells us more.
