A new escape room is coming to Sullivan

SULLIVAN, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) – Take a moment to spiral down a rabbit hole to an unknown place and see if you can find your way.

The Sullivan County Public Library has set up an Alice in Wonderland escape room. Children will need to use their math, literature and critical thinking skills to get by. The escape room will be set up at the Sullivan History Museum on Court Street on July 15, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. It is recommended for ages 8 and up, with at least one adult.

Katiesha Killion, museum curator and game master, said her favorite part is seeing the kids get excited.

“It’s the really excited screams we hear when they discover a lock, or they’re like I know that! I read that in a book or I learned about it at school! And they feel the enthusiasm, it’s just great,” she said.

Registration is required and can be completed on the Sullivan County Public Library website.
