Infratil Limited announces the end of negotiations for a capital increase

Infratil Limited (IFUUF) posted an update.

Infratil Limited has requested the cessation of listings of its shares and bonds, from the opening of markets on June 17, 2024, in anticipation of a significant capital increase. The New Zealand-based infrastructure investment company plans to raise approximately NZ$1.15 billion through a combined investment and retail offering, managed by UBS New Zealand Limited, Barrenjoey Markets Pty Limited and Goldman Sachs Australia Pty Ltd. guarantee a fair and orderly market until the announcement of the result of the capital increase, expected before the market opens on June 18, 2024.
