Shooting at Splash water park in Detroit: 9 injured and one suspect killed | World News

Gunfire broke out at a water park in the US state of Michigan on Saturday evening in what police called a random attack, leaving at least 10 people injured, including an 8-year-old child. The incident occurred in Rochester Hills, a suburb of Detroit, as families frolicked in the water to beat the summer heat, the New York Post reported. Oakland County Sheriff Mike Bouchard told reporters, “It appears we have nine, maybe ten gunshot victims with various types of injuries.”
