Could Eamonn be next to charm his way to the top?

The exciting news follows Eamonn’s recent split from his wife, Ruth Langsford, after 14 years of marriage.

THE Loose women The star and her former GB News presenter husband confirmed they were divorcing late last month.

Reports suggest their busy work commitments led them to go their separate ways, sending them in “different directions”.

Since their separation, both have kept a low profile on their personal lives. Eamonn has returned to his role as presenter, graciously thanking fans for their support, while Ruth is currently taking a break from Loose Women.

But amid all these changes in his life, it seems Eamonn is gearing up for a new adventure in the world of reality TV.

An insider revealed the truth to The sun, claiming: “The Celebrity Big Brother bookers are putting together a wish list of contestants and Eamonn is on it. They would love for him to participate as he would be a very popular housemate.

The source also mentioned that Eamonn’s health issues, including his recent use of a walker due to chronic pain, would be carefully looked into.

They are ready to make sure he is well looked after in the house with a tempting six-figure offer – around £250,000.

Rumors also suggest that Eamonn’s recent split and the need to sell his Belfast home to settle a huge tax bill may well prompt him to consider the offer.

“Eamonn was always wanted for Celebrity Big Brother but never wanted to take part,” the insider revealed.

“His breakup with Ruth and the fact he had to sell his house in Belfast to pay a huge tax bill has bookers thinking his head might be spinning.”

The operation left him unable to breathe for nearly four months while he recovered.

Ruth spoke about her health just days before their split, saying: “I don’t know how much Eamonn’s mobility is going to improve. We live in hope. He does physiotherapy, but you may have to accept that this may never be 100% true.

In 2018, there were allegations that Eamonn turned down a staggering £800,000 offer to join Celebrity Big Brother, which he refuted, saying: “The words you will never hear come from my lips are: “I don’t need the money.” »

He also joked The mirror that Ruth “wouldn’t allow him to do it”, adding: “No, I just think they would make you snore in your pants.”
