espite stern criticism from the then opposition parties and the intervention of the AP High Court against the demolition of the tourism hilltop resorts in Rushikonda, Roja, in the capacity of tourism minister, granted all necessary permissions to go ahead with the idea of ​​constructing this sumptuous building.

Despite an all-out attack from all corners for wasting millions of money, Roja is maintaining stoic silence on the issue. In fact, she is the one who silently opened the palace a few months ago, before the elections.

In one of her press interactions, she openly stated that the building would serve as the official CM residence in his second term. But she hasn’t responded yet to the public outrage after the inside visuals came out.

Meanwhile, the YSRCP contends that it was built for official purposes to accommodate dignitaries visiting our state.
