EXCLUSIVE: Anurag Kashyap reveals why he broke daughter Aaliyah’s room in the house; says filming with her is his favorite memory

During a house tour in Pinkvilla, Anurag Kashyap recalled his favorite home memory, saying, “My favorite home memory is when my daughter and I, when she was little, used to make movies with the camera or iPad. She directed me, I played, and we did everything. It was my favorite memory.

Additionally, he reflected on the decision to dismantle his room out of nostalgia, remarking, “It also became the room where my daughter lived, which I destroyed because of a lot of nostalgia.” that I no longer have.”

Anurag Kashyap says his daughter’s wedding budget matches his film’s budget

Previously, during Aaliyah Kashyap’s weekly podcast, Young Dumb And Anxious, she confronted her father for canceling her show since they had planned to record the podcast a few weeks prior. Anurag Kashyap, in response, explained that he was working tirelessly to cover the expenses related to his daughter’s wedding. The filmmaker revealed that the budget for Aaliyah Kashyap’s wedding matched that of one of his films.

Regarding his personal life, Anurag Kashyap has been married twice. His first marriage was to Aarti Bajaj, with whom he shares a daughter, Aaliyah Kashyap. His second marriage was to actress Kalki Koechlin.
