Federal Government Sues Adobe Over Its Subscription Cancellation Policies

The federal government is taking legal action against Adobe for what it says are deceptive and difficult subscription cancellation policies and mechanisms. Although the lawsuit appears to be a consumer issue, it is not. Even if Adobe comes out on top, the lawsuit serves as a warning to all vendors looking to jump into the subscription model.
