BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Gracie Pfaff is the founder of the nonprofit Harvest107. She is also a model, involved in pageantry and works in digital marketing. Somehow Pfaff found time to stop by the Erdman Automotive Studio and talk with me about these things and more.

I first met Pfaff about four years ago when I conducted an interview with her via Zoom. It was a pleasure to meet her in person for the first time.

She is a very impressive young woman and very busy too. Before our interview, she had just returned from Miami Swim Week where she was working as a model.

Harvest107 is very important to Pfaff as it addresses global hunger and malnutrition.

His non-profit organization currently operates in Port-au-Prince, the capital of Haiti. I asked Pfaff if the current unrest in Haiti has affected Harvest107 in any way.

She said, “Absolutely. It’s been incredibly difficult with all the gang violence and political unrest, but we are one of the few nonprofits in Port-au-Prince still operating.

She continued: “I’m very grateful to my team there. I wish I could visit him, but it’s just not safe enough at the moment.

She beamed with pride as she told me about their second project, which is about to launch and will feed over 100 students. She said: “We are very excited about this! »

Gracie Pfaff is a very special young woman. She continues to make a difference in her community and beyond. I can’t wait to see where life takes her. I don’t know where it will be, but I know that wherever it is, she will succeed.
