Olise handed Crystal Palace new deal

Crystal Palace have offered Michael Olise a new contract, amid interest from Chelsea.

That’s according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.

The Italian journalist revealed that the new deal comes with a higher salary and a new release clause for 2025.

He said that despite this, Chelsea were still confident as they worked to agree personal terms; it’s up to the player.

Besides Chelsea, Bundesliga heavyweights Bayern Munich and Newcastle are also allowed to speak to Olise.

The 22-year-old scored 10 goals and made six assists in 19 league appearances for Palace last season.

He is currently part of the French U-23 team for the Paris Olympic Games.
