Caitlin Clark offered support to Cameron Brink after ACL injury

Indiana Fever guard Caitlin Clark offered words of support to fellow rookie Cameron Brink after the latter suffered a season-ending ACL injury Tuesday night.

The absence of the Los Angeles Sparks forward for the remainder of the year is a major disappointment for this exciting WNBA season, but Clark said she believes Brink will be back and better than ever once she would have completed his convalescence.

Before their Wednesday night home game against the Washington Mystics, Clark shared his support for Brink and encouraged her as she is about to begin her rehabilitation process to return to the court.

“I know she’s the type of person who will be able to get through this and come out stronger,” Clark said, via Indianapolis Star reporter Chloe Peterson.
