NEET 2024 Cancellation SC Live Updates: Supreme Court to hear plea for cancellation of NEET UG exam today

NEET 2024 Cancellation SC Live Updates: Supreme Court to hear fresh pleas seeking cancellation of NEET UG exam over allegations of paper leakage and other irregularities in medical entrance exam. Nearly 10 petitions were filed by 49 students and a student group and four petitions submitted by the National Testing Agency. The vacation bench comprising Justice Vikram Nath and Justice SVN Bhatti will hear petitions related to NEET 2024. The petitions filed by the students demand a separate and independent inquiry into NEET Row. The students demanded that the exam be canceled and reconducted. The motions required a court-appointed committee or independent agency to conduct the post-exam analysis, including an investigation of all candidates who scored above 620 and a forensic investigation. The NTA submitted four petitions and demanded that all NEET cases be transferred to the top court from other high courts. On June 18, the Supreme Court told the NTA that even if there was 0.001% negligence on the part of anyone, then it should be thoroughly addressed and it told the agency that in case of mistake in the exam, she had to admit. The SC refused to stop the NEET counseling which is scheduled to begin on July 6. Follow the latest updates on NEET 2024 exam cancellation news, SC hearing and more.
