Outer Banks cast shares video message to fans as season 4 filming wraps

The Outer Banks cast has shared a new video message to fans to mark the end of filming for Season 4.

The Netflix series has recently been working on its next batch of episodes and has now confirmed that it has completed production.

In a video shared on social media, star Chase Stokes (John B Routledge) is joined by his co-stars and says to the camera: “Hey everyone, we just finished season 4. We did it !

“We are super excited about this season. We hope you like it. See you soon,” he further teases.

In a separate video, Stokes tells fans, “Alright guys, we’re officially done with Season 4 of Outer Banks. It’s been a crazy, crazy journey. But it’s done.”

After trying to avoid spoilers, he then turns to some of his co-stars, who are jokingly editing and adding sound effects.

Earlier this year, it was confirmed that a number of new stars would be joining Outer Banks for its fourth edition, including The Walking Dead’s Pollyanna McIntosh and Station 19’s Rigo Sanchez as Dalia and Lightner.

Also joining the fray are Dead Ringers’ J Anthony Crane, Dynasty’s Brianna Brown, and FBI: International’s Mia Challis.

The show was renewed for a fourth series of episodes around the time the third season aired in February 2023.

“Seeing Poguelandia come to life was nothing short of spectacular,” creators Josh Pate, Jonas Pate and Shannon Burke said at the time.

“The Pogues are having the adventure of a lifetime, and now we can plan more twists and turns as the ride continues in season four of Outer Banks. Thank you to Netflix, our cast, and the incredible fans who helped make make this happen.”

Outer Banks seasons 1-3 are available on Netflix.
